What it is

This blend combines BPC-157 with a component sold as TB-500, commonly around 10mg of each. BPC-157 is the 15-amino-acid gastric-juice-derived repair peptide; TB-500 labeling is inconsistent, sometimes meaning the short fragment, sometimes borrowing from the full thymosin beta-4 literature. Neither has an FDA-approved healing indication.

How it works

The pair splits the repair job across two pathways. BPC-157 is framed around blood-vessel growth, nitric oxide signaling, and local tissue models. The TB-500 side leans on actin regulation and cell migration from the thymosin beta-4 biology. A plausible stack — but plausibility is not proof.
