CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend
Community reportsThe growth-hormone stack peptide clinics built their practice on — textbook receptor pairing, no trial to match.
What it is
This blend puts two peptides in one vial: CJC-1295, a GHRH analog, and ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist. It pairs the two arms of growth-hormone release at once. Neither component is FDA-approved, both are on WADA's prohibited list, and vial ratios vary.
How it works
Each taps a different receptor at the same pituitary cell. CJC-1295 supplies the GHRH-receptor signal, ipamorelin the ghrelin-receptor signal, and together they produce a bigger growth-hormone pulse than either could alone.
What people report
- ✦Deeper sleep is the most commonly reported win
- ✦Improved training recovery
- ✦Modest body-composition shifts over weeks to months
- ✦Mild side-effect profile in most user reports
Typical use
Usually injected a few times weekly for weeks-to-months protocol blocks, often in the evening.
Dosing reference
Typically a few hundred micrograms of each per injection. No approved dose exists.

Watch for
The receptor logic is solid and the ipamorelin half's selective profile is well documented, but there is no formal blend trial with real outcome endpoints. A 2024 FDA panel voted against one component for compounding over safety and purity concerns.
Notes
Source quality is part of the evidence problem — research-vendor products aren't FDA-reviewed, and mislabeled vials have been documented.
