What it is
Kisspeptin-10 is the 10-amino-acid active end of kisspeptin, a natural brain hormone. It sits at the very top of the reproductive chain: it turns on the neurons that release GnRH, which drives LH and FSH, which drive testosterone and estrogen. It's an endogenous hormone, not a synthetic invention.
How it works
It stimulates your body's own GnRH release and lights up brain regions involved in sexual processing. An IV dose in healthy men produces maximum LH stimulation, and continuous infusion measurably raises testosterone. Its effects on the female axis are mostly confined to the pre-ovulation phase.
