KLOW
Community reportsFour peptides in one vial, zero trials on the combination — clinic logic packaged for convenience.
What it is
KLOW is a compounded blend of four peptides — KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 — in a single vial, with GHK-Cu dominant by weight. It emerged from compounding-pharmacy culture in the early 2020s as a one-injection convenience version of the healing stacks clinics were already mixing by hand. No FDA approval at any level.
How it works
The theory is multi-pathway coverage: KPV for mucosal anti-inflammation and microbial support, GHK-Cu for collagen and skin signaling, BPC-157 for localized tissue protection and tendon repair, and TB-500 for cell migration and broader remodeling. Four mechanisms, one injection, on paper.
What people report
- ✦Post-surgery and post-procedure recovery use
- ✦Skin-quality changes reported within weeks
- ✦Hair-density improvement when paired with scalp microneedling
- ✦Gut comfort in users with pre-existing GI issues
Typical use
Usually run as a daily or near-daily injection for several weeks at a time, similar to a healing-protocol block.
Dosing reference
Dosing varies widely by pharmacy and vial, and ratios are not standardized — a real practical concern.
Reference only — not a recommendation. Verify via primary sources.
Watch for
The individual parts have plausible mechanisms, but the blend itself has zero controlled trials, synergy between the parts is untested, ratio variability is real between vendors, and survivor-bias in user reports is severe. The sum may simply be the parts plus convenience.
Notes
The FDA removed BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and injectable GHK-Cu from a compounding pathway in 2026 while reviewing the data — a signal to treat the category as unregulated research.
