What it is
Tirzepatide is a 39-amino-acid peptide that stimulates two appetite sensors at once — the GLP-1 receptor and the GIP receptor. Sold by Eli Lilly as Mounjaro for diabetes and Zepbound for weight loss, it is a prescription medication with some of the strongest human evidence in this entire catalog.
How it works
GLP-1 signaling slows digestion and suppresses appetite, the same engine as semaglutide. Adding the GIP arm seems to push appetite control further. The two receptors work together, and the head-to-head numbers say the pair beats GLP-1 alone.

Watch for
